Have you made healthy lifestyle choices? Have you improved your sense of well-being? If so, the Go Red for Women campaign would like to hear from you. Go Red for Women, the American Heart Association's nationwide effort to wipe out heart disease and stroke in women, will select a group to represent their 2009-2010 campaign. These women will be featured in all of Go Red's marketing efforts including a possible NBC TV special.
To join the casting call, you need to be able to tell how your personal choices have saved your life. You can do this by submitting a video or writing your story. Click here for details and rules.
